Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you and your dog love our treats! If there’s a problem, here’s what you need to know:
Returns

You have 3 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Return postage is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

Opened or used treats

Perishable items past their best-before date
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
